Myofascial Release (MFR) is a superpower!
A “hurt so good” healing modality with immediate effects. MFR helps release tension you didn’t even know you were holding and can “magically” improve recovery time. When we address the issues in the tissues, we create space for balance, ease and freedom of movement.
MFR can support:
• Stress and tension
• Mobility and range of motion
• Injury recovery and prevention
• Scar tissue
• Stiffness and functional imbalances
How it works:
Using tools like therapy balls or foam rollers, MFR gently rolls and compresses tight or tender areas. Combined with mindful movement or yoga, it keeps fascia hydrated and able to move with ease.
Therapeutic & Mobility
Each session is crafted as a personal practice, inviting students into deeper body awareness, steadiness of mind and balanced, sustainable strength.
Drawing from a blend of yogic philosophies and therapeutic modalities, I offer a safe space to learn heal & play.
Cultivating intentional awareness, begins to rewrite the stories held in the body and shift neuromuscular patterns. Through mindful movement, breathwork and yoga-based techniques, students learn to pause, notice and respond with clarity rather than habit.
Clients often develop stronger proprioception, improved mobility, mood, sleep and posture. Mobility and range-of-motion challenges are often layered; true change emerges through consistent practice. Slow, steady transformation is part of the journey.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga offers a gentle, deeply supportive practice. A gentle return to yourself—slow down, soften and settle into deep, rest. Supportive postures, mindful breathwork and spacious awareness to help the body unwind and the mind quiet.
Using props to support the body in comfort, restorative yoga allows the nervous system to shift from doing to simply being. In this stillness, subtle patterns begin to change: muscles release long-held tension, the breath deepens naturally and the mind learns to rest in a quieter rhythm.
Clients frequently experience improved sleep, calmer mood, increased mobility and a renewed sense of presence.
Restorative yoga works best through repetition and patience. The body’s deeper layers respond gradually and some transformations unfold over multiple sessions.
Slow Flow & Gentle Yoga
Slow Flow & Gentle Yoga is designed to cultivate strength, flexibility and mindfulness at a comfortable pace.
Through mindful movement, breath awareness and slow transitions, emphasizing alignment, helps you move in a safe way and enjoy the benefits of each pose.
Slow flow sequences are intentionally paced to develop strength and stability while improving balance and mobility.
Ideal for every body at all levels—anyone seeking a mindful and empowering practice. This supports overall well-being, both on and off the mat.
