Hello

I’m Charlene—a Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist, Yoga Alliance RYT 500 and artist, dedicated to helping people feel better, move better and live with more ease. I offer private and group sessions

My philosophy is rooted in steadiness and real-life practicality: awareness as a compass, movement as a conversation, yoga and meditation as threads that weave between our inner experience and the outer world. I invite each student to follow the spark of curiosity, to explore what calls to them and to discover simple daily rituals that align them with who they are. Each session is calm, spacious, and crafted to restore your energy.

My method is grounded, practical and informed by current research in movement science and mind-body therapeutics. I integrate traditional yoga and meditation practices with evidence-based approaches to postural restoration, biomechanics, mobility and neuromuscular re-education. Every session is tailored to the individual, emphasizing body awareness, mental clarity and sustainable strength and balance.

My interest in therapeutic yoga began more than 20 years ago while I was working in the fast-paced world of advertising. The contrast between a high-stress work environment and the steadiness of yoga revealed the value of contemplative practices for resilience and well-being. My mind changed, my body rearranged. Yoga carried me through stress, injury, joy, loss and everything in between—and ultimately inspired me to share these tools with others.

Today, I hold space that is safe, playful and deeply human. My fascination with the mind-body connection and the bridge between science and the subtle led me to specialize in restorative modalities, myofascial release, mobility and therapeutic work. As a teacher, I cultivate an environment where students feel seen, heard and respected.

I also have 2 BFAs; fine art & visual communication. I decided it’s time to merge all these ideas so they’re not just interesting, but useful. I create courses, workshops and tools that make yoga, meditation and creativity usable tools that are relevant to real life.

My mission is to help people return to themselves—have fun, move with ease in a real well lived experience, full of creativity and well-being that truly sustains them.
